My phone is action really werid when it turned off I pluged it to recharge through my mac as soon as it opened it gave me a message tht there was some update software for the phone when the update was finished It opened and boom couldnot find all my contact bbm, &phone m

Also couldnot find the app world wht can I do it . I was able to retirve some of the bbm contact but not the phone and know I can't download anything coz I don't have the app world

I hope you made a backup of your phone, maybe a week ago?

Before one updates a phone it is a good idea to make a back up first. You can make a backup via BB Protect or BB DTM7.1 or some contacts via BBM.

You can also make a back up of your applications which is another good idea.

If you didn't make any back ups...you burn...you learn. You can always delay an 'auto update'  till you made some sufficient  back ups.
