can't download App World after bundle upgrade

Hi:

I have upgraded to the latest OS 6 bundle 2949.
Was surprised to see the App World icon had disappeared. So I went to BB mobile site to download and re-install.

Unfortunately, after going through the last page and pressing the Download button, I get an error message that the download has failed, with the following details:

907 Invalid COD
A network error occurred.

Can anyone please help ?
