I can't log into my blackberry I d account, I saw a link on how to fix it but I'm reluctant to try it. Please I need assistance as I depend on my blackberry to do a lot of things.

Before performing any of the below workarounds, ensure the BlackBerry smartphone has mobile data connectivity by completing the following:
