Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.

You should be able to change your BlackBerry® ID password by browsing to the following link, entering the email address you used to create your BlackBerry® ID and clicking the Forgot Password link. http://bbry.lv/hPUpax

This will cause a password reset email to be sent to your email account. Please note that the password reset email will not be delivered to your BlackBerry® Curve™ 9300 smartphone. You will need to access this email message from a computer.
