how do I get my bbm to work it says under connections that it is not activated but I have downloaded the bbm as an app on my phone?
When I go to add someone's pin it just countinues to say waiting athorization, I have the most recent updates for my phone, plus I have tried wiping my phone back to factory settings and have repeated the process, I am with the carrier Fido if that helps, anyone knows that would be greatly appriciated.
