Well, it depends...your email service provider would be the place to ask for help with your actual email password. So, if that's Gmail, you seek help there...Yahoo, you ask them. If your email is an @BB or @Carrier hosted email account, then you need to ring up your mobile service provider (MTN, according to your profile) for help as that email account is managed by them for you.
