cant delete my BB identity?

Please help,I am using a BB Curve 8520,and this is not my first one
One my previous phones I was able to delete the I'd and install mine
But I dnt know if its my software but for some reason my phone does not have applications management option,I only have applications options but no `third party to add ons`option

I'm too scared to lose everything,if my phone wipes would that include my photos and telephone numbers?

To change the BlackBerryID on your 8520:

 

Article ID: KB26361 How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password

Article ID: KB28060 How to change or update a BlackBerry ID username on the BlackBerry ID website
