Hi and welcome to the forums!
I you go to options, advanced options, applications, do you see the LiveStrong application?
If you do, then go to the main screen and menu key, show hidden and look for the icon.
If the app is not in the application table then you need to reinstall it. Get the verification code
the vendor sent and download it again.
