downloading apps

I have a BB9700 and everytime I try to download an app, my reboots itself and the app doesn't install.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your device.

 

Are you using BlackBerry World to download the application? Are you getting an error when you go to download the app? If so, what's that error?

 

What software version does your Bold have installed?
