I cant download anything,every time it just says error,, ive tried to remove battery was un succesful, please help me...

What are downloading, what file type and what file size?

• Open your browser > Menu key > Options > Browser cache and clear the browser cache and history.
• Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Its starts the download, ( 1mb file) but takes like 3 hours to download, and my signal is 3G.

You have entered "don't know" as your mobile provider. You really don't know who you pay your monthly bill or what service your BlackBerry uses?
