error code 30641

When trying to sign up to blackberry app wolrd by creating a blackberry id I recieve this message 'BLACKBERRY APP WORLD IS HAVING TROUBLE CONNECTING TO THE bLACKBERRY APP WORLD SERVER. VERIFY YOUR NETWORK CONNECTIONS AND TRY AGAIN.

what does his mean? please help!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

 

Here is a KB that discusses that error:

  • KB20031 "BlackBerry AppWorld is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry AppWorld server. Verify your network connections and try again" appears when BlackBerry App World is started
