I downloaded app world onto my storm this morning. It worked fine at first, and I was even able to download the free weatherbug application. However, I have been unable to log on since. When I attempt to log on by clicking the app world icon my BB freezes up until the following message pops up: "Uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_appworld (177) is not responding; process terminated" I deleted program and reloaded from the website but still no luck. Trying to log on to the app store results in my BB locking up for 10 minutes until error message shows up. Here are my details:
CARRIER: verizon
MODEL: Storm 9530
OS: v4.7.0.75 (Platform 4.0.0.94)
APP WORLD VERSION: there are two applications called "app world". The first is called:
BlackBerry App World: version 1.0.0.28
the second application is called:
net_rim_bb_appworld: version 1.0.0.28
any suggestions?

Hi,
Have you tried uninstalled both instances of the App World that you are seeing?
