Re: forgot app password and secret question

From your computer, go to your carrier's BIS website. At the logon screen, click "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username". Enter your PIN or IMEI, then click OK.

Re: forgot app password and secret question

I can't remember my password, though I can remember the answer to the secret question. However, the e-mail account that I'd used with it is no inactive so I can't log in to find the e-mail that they've sent it with my password, so I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given the discussion in ths thread pertains to BBID, only you will know the answer to the password recovery question...you would have created the question and the answer when you created your BB ID. No one else can know that information...it is secure.

Good luck!

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Then you require more drastic recovery means:

  • KB26361 How to change or reset a BlackBerry ID password

Good luck!
