Re: how to change app world passwprd

Hello,

When you try from the BB, what is the exact and complete error message you receive? Also, are their a mixture of numbers, letters, and/or symbols in the password? If so, you must be very careful in order to properly enter those on the BB keyboard.

Good luck and let us know!
