icon disappear

Recently I updated bb app world and the icon disappear, I did a back up but still the icon never show up. I deleted it from the module and re-install but still I can't get it back even I lost all my applications after the back up as nothing shows again, my device is as good as useless now except is you can offer a resolution to. Thanks. Zakari

  1. Open the BlackBerry Browser on the BlackBerry smartphone.
  2. Browse to http://mobileapps.blackberry.com/devicesoftware/entry.do?code=appworld3
  3. After download, please restart your BlackBerry smartphone when prompted.
  4. Verify that BlackBerry App World is located on the home screen.
