my blackberry id wont work making my emails unable to work either :( on a new phone

i am having a problem with my emailsthat when trying to set it up via the wizard i am being redirected to my blackberry ID password and it does not let me into my account either so both my emails and blackberry are not responding my service provider have said both are not there problem which is rather upsetting as i have just gone into a two year contract with them..please can anyone think of how i can solve this problem.

Hi I'm having a problem logging into my blackberry ID account. I thought I had forgotten my password so when I went on the computer and reset it it said it had been reset so I tried to log in with my new password and it still wouldn't work can someone help me please xx
