need help urgently?!? can someone help me?!?

i accidently deleted my bbm and then once i fount out i downloaded it again but now when i go on to the bbm icon it keeps saying setting up bbm but i left it on for days on that same screen and it didn't do anything can anyone help me please??

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

 

Now, try your BBM setup again.
