I have set up an ID account and have used it when i first got my BB 9300 a few weeks ago but now I cannot get the login to accept my password on either my BB or the laptop. even when prompted by the security question it will not accept it and keeps locking me out !!
It wont let me reset it and I cannot get Blackberry to reset it as I cannot speak to anyone on the phone because there are no apparent numbers !!!!!
I have tried rebooting and taking the battery out all to no avail !!
I am really frustrated now and getting angry with it...BB are losing out as I cannot purchase any applications !!
