paid but have not got app

I paid for an app on blackberry world and got a payment slip but did not get the app. I have reset my phone but it is still not installed. Pls help

Open your BlackBerry World app on your phone.  From there go to My World, press the menu key and select Refresh List.  That will give you an up-to-the-minute account of which apps you should have.  This has been known to resolve issues such as yours quite often.

(It's not a big deal but you posted this under the "BlackBerry 10 Applications>BlackBerry World" thread when it appears you're using a Curve.  If, in fact, you're using a BB10 phone, my advice will not work....no menu key.)
