problem presently @ hand

lastest discovery am making use of a BB Bold 4 and I have dis problem of: first I received an update signal to upgrade my Appworld to version 4.0.0 which I did as instructed to my greatest surprise after completing the download process I had to reboot my smartphone, I happened to notice my BB appworld which I just update to ?ersion 4.0.0 didn't display on my phone. I. went to check in Application Management it was there but was hiden away from my BB menu, the questin now is what can I do? Solution pls

If I may suggest what I thinking is maybe the Blackberry Version 6.0 is not compatible for the lastest Appworld Version 4.0.0. My point is maybe to Upgrade the Blackberry smartphone Version to 7.0 dat could be the solution.

No, "dat" is not the solution, there is no AppWorld 7, and no OS v6 devices can be upgraded to OSv7

 

If you could tell me what all you've tried, I might be able to narrow to what you need to do.

Ok, I have upgrade my appworld as request and restarted my phone and still d appworld icon is not displaying on d Home screen. I than went to option frm d menu click 'Device' than click 'Application Management' to check if it there which I found it. So I had to redownload it again to be sure of it still thesame thing. What I did was to delete the Appworld from the Application Management so it could enable me Download it again still thesame thing is happening over and over. So from where can dis be narrowed from?

I have been trying to install Version 4.0.0.63 of AppWorldince since, its the lastest version of AppWorld as suggested to Upgrade to.
