I have been trying to install ersion 4.0.0.63 of AppWorld since, its the lastest version of AppWorld as suggested to Upgrade to.

That's what I thought, I posted a link to the solution in the my very first post in this thread.

 

Would you please review it. And please pay particular attention to resolution #4 in that Knowledge Base article.
