ive changed the time zone and uninstalled and reinstalled app world. its driving me crazy!

Well, considering the resolution you say you have attempted is not even remotely mentioned as a method to fix the precise error under discussion in this thread, I'm not surprised at your result. Perhaps if you tried what is recommended? Or is it a different error you have? (In which case, this wouldn't be the proper thread for discussion of it.)
