I can't use my blackberry application,it tells me a blackberry identity update is needed and fails later saying error 80003

I tried the link it said the format is too big for my phone and I will not be able to use some features on my phone and it failed later saying COD 907

I have the same problem when I open the apps get error " ID has to be upgraded install now." When trying to install the upgrade , I get " installer not available please try later (80003 ) I've sent many emails to Blackberry but don't even get a reply. Can someone please tell me what to do to rectify this problem. Thanks . David

I registered for BlackBerry identity but when I have to access through appWorld it gives me an error 80003 to try again later

This seems to be an error on bb's side as far to many people have the same problem. BB will have to investigate the problem and sort it out.

I have not scrolled back through this long board to see if this is already posted, but for those with the 80003 error, here is the official KB on that subject:

  • KB29613 The error "BlackBerry Identity installation failed. Please try again later. (80003)" is displayed within BlackBerry App World
