Hi, I need help please!!!
I am not able to log into my bb app world nor am I able to download or upgrade any aps.
I keep getting this error message..
"BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the BlackBerry App World server. Verify your network connections and try again."
I called my phone provider and they cannot assist me. I tried a bunch of trouble shhoting options such as:
-deleted app world and re-installed from website
-deleted email accounts and re-installed
-changed bb id name and password from website
-tried to log on using wifi and non wifi
Nothing seems to be fixing this issue.
Can someone please help!!!

have you done a battery pull? If so, try this:
Go to Settings, options, advanced options, Service Book and delete Desktop [IPPP]
options, device, advanced system settings, service book
If that service book isn't listed.. let us know. We will try to assist further.

How long has this been an issue for you?
have you tried to downgrade your appworld?
Sorry to hear you're having so much trouble with this.
(uninstall first though)

I've been having this problem for about a month now. I've just been too busy to look for a solution.
Downgrading app world has not helped me either.

Gotcha. i think its time to reload your OS.
