"Unable to login to Blackberry ID account"

I have changed my password, took out my battery and even tried to make a new ID and App World will not let me log in.  It keeps saying "unable to login to Blackberry ID account."  Any ideas of what else I can do to make it work?

I am having the problem where the phone lost track of its (my) Blackberry ID.  When I try to go in to the ID software, I get the circle spinning forever.

 

I just did a full wipe, and now I can put in the ID.  I am now in the midst of doing the recovery from the Link software for the phone.

 

What is interesting, is if the phone looses the Blackberry ID, it will not let you do any local backups, or restore. It will also restrict the phone from being able to install the updates.

 

When the phone was not being able to access or know its ID, I was able to log in to the ID on the Blackberry site without any problems and see it. My profile and everything associated with it was intact.

 

I will soon know if this process fixed it. So-far it looks very postive from all indicators during the restore process.

I just had the same problem.  I hope you did a full backup with the link software.  Apparently,  this is a bug that will have to be fixed.  I got my phone working again just now.
