re install option not available

I paid for an app, when downloading the download failed, I followed the help doc. on "re-installing an app" and followed the walkthrough.

The problem is there is NO re-install option on the menu for this app.

The option for re-install is on the menu for other (free) apps that i uninstalled.

 

How can i re-install or re-download this app?

1. Open App World
2. Go to My World
3. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and press "RST" or simply press the Menu key > Refresh List.
4. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot

 

Go back to AppWorld > MyWorld > Uninstalled. See it in the list? Click on the Reinstall link at the top.

If you don't see the Reinstall link at the top, do you see a small ^ arrow in the center top of the screen? click on it.
