suggestion to RIM concerning upgrades

Usually Apps are upgraded because they either improve on them or they remove bugs affecting users in the new upgrades. My suggestion is, why don't you (RIM) keep older versions so that if the new upgrade does not work, we can then be able to go back to our previous version. I think its better than losing everything. My upgrades have not worked recently: Twitter for BB, Whatsapp, App World!

Re: suggestion to RIM concerning upgrades

WhatsApp for BlackBerry is not developed by BlackBerry, but rather by the developer of WhatsApp. RIM has no control over how the developer releases upgrades.

For Twitter and AppWorld, yes those are RIM developed apps.

What is not working for those upgrades for you? If you're specific, perhaps we can help.

As for your suggestion to RIM, it's good, however anyone of any consequence will likely never see it here, since this is a user to user community forum. For me, the recent AppWorld and Twitter upgrades have been improvements.
