I know sometime that error appear while downloading from a PC ,So you should try it from your device browser , I think you have a slow download speed if error persist you can try the same over wifi.
Still Open your Browser > Press the Menu Key > Options > Scroll down to Clear Browsing Data ( Mark all fields ) then perform a Battery Pull restart like this Device Powered On remove the Battery wait for a min. then re-insert it back . After reboot try downloading BlackBerry World from your device Browser .
