i have the bold 9900 and a blackberry id, but when i try to log into it on my device a message appears " unable to log in to your blackberry id". when i use the same log in details on the pc it works fine. can you please help because i cant use the appworld without downloading from a pc.

deleted my old one and tried a new email address still the same issue. its driving me mental

I no how u feel,i had the same problem 4 a couple of months & only this morning when i tried again with a different e-mail,now its working perfectly.
