hello thank for the reply yes ive tried entering the screen name, but its telling me invalid email address, 
if its a case of original email address then i thought i was entering that but wont work if i did register with a different one then i cannot remember is there anyway i can bypass this to access app world??
LisaTLC, did you buy anything on the AppStore with your previous BBID ?
If not, then maybe the easiest is to create a new BBID.
Please tell us, then you'll need te procedure to change your BBID on your phone (once you have created a new one).
