How do one go about retrieving 1nce password for your blackberry ID app world?? My acc have been blocked/locked??? PLSE HELP bb curve 9300

It still fails 2 work... I was mugged 2 mths ago & this is my new BB..they did all my recovery email adress 2 my new phone... If I do a reset/recover password (bb id app world) it displays security Q, which I hve selected 2 set my nickname 2, bt if I enter my nname it still says its wrong & then it liocks my bb I'd... To be honest...,who would 4gt their nickname?? I know mine/what I have entered is the wright name.... PLS HELP!!!!
