Hi again...

 

I have solved 1st problem..

the reason was windows... after i reinstalled windows it solved!!! :smileyhappy:

 

any body knows how to solve two other problems??

Hi Jacob. Those Icons are necessary for you to access your Pictures, Videos and Music in the most user friendly manner as decided by your software version. They're part of the operating system and can't be removed. If you're tidying up your home screen, you could just drag them and any other icons you don't immediately need on top of one another and create a folder.

Edit: (I assume you're referring to those on your Z10 :Shifty: )
