AFTER UPDATE 10.1.0.273

Before the update,  my phone was really flowing. But after update, It doesn't work fluidly. Sometşmes ıt acts as i tried to run too many apps at same time but there was no working app.

 

For example, when ı move app to app, you can realize pixel movements slowly.

 

Or when i am moving app to hub screen, it doesn't pass to hub fluently. Screen is shaking.

 

I think new update effected phone's performance and fluidity.

 

I don't want my z10 acts as my BOLD 9900.

It's also happened on my Z10 too... And it.s annoying. Please fix it the updated

for about 3 days.. I think this problem is general, not only for me. My girl friend has Z10 too.  I can see same issues that phone too.

Ok, I didn't see those issues.

 

Have you performed a simple restart.. .touch the top edge button and touch RESTART at the bottom?

 

If that doesn't help, do a hard reboot, on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot. A reboot in this manner is prescribed for most glitches and operating system errors, and you will lose no data on the device doing this.

good, of course, I don't know what you have or have not done... so I ask!

 

Honestly, the 10.1 upgrade works great, i don't know why it isn't for you.

The next thing I'd recommend is to delete all email, twitter and facebook accounts from the device and see how it performs. Add them back one at a time.

 

if still no relief, I'd recommend a backup of the device, security wipe and see how the device performs. Then begin to set up your accounts again.
