From all we understand, warranty coverage for the Z10 is no different from prior models. Warranty coverage is allocated by the place of purchase, who may or may not have agreements with other entities for service under those terms. You must check your original purchase documentation and see what it says, as well as possibly contact your place of purchase for further information. Be prepared that what you were told by a local service center may well be accurate...it may be that you must seek warranty service only from your original place of purchase, even if that means sending it back to Dubai. Again, this is no different than has always existed for BB devices.
