I have the same problem from early this afternoon, have tried a reboot, battery pull as well still doesn't work. I'm in Bulgaria by the way.

Yup.. i even tried with removing the battery... Turning my radio signals off, and turning back on again... Checked my bb id also..

Have tried all the possible ways... Still facing same problem...

Just imagine how one will when bbm is not working for 'God knows' reason...

Given the number of reports from various carriers/regions, I'd have to guess that it indeed is a larger service issue rather than a device-level issue. But, again, no one here in this user-to-user community can do anything about that.

Hence, we fall back to that contractually required formal support channel we were discussing earlier...that is the only way to formally escalate your case(s) up to BlackBerry...there is no other (free) channel to do so. The agent(s) at your carrier(s) you've so far spoken with must be poorly trained and you need to find one who is properly trained. Don't let them fob you off...insist on escalation.

Will wait till morning and hope to get this problem sorted out... Its almost mid-night in India, so can wait for 8-9hrs...
