ActiveSync / Exchange signature getting defaulted

Twice now in the last 2 weeks since I've had my Z10 my sig file has been replaced by the default "sent from my Blackberry Z10." Extremely annoying, and another show-stopper for recommending this device to clients. Also another thing that would have been caught had the beta test included more real-world users.

In the Hub, tap the overflow (three vertical dots) then Setting, and then go to Email Account, and then choose the account that you want to edit the signature and you can make your own signature

and? This is where the problem is. The signature works for a while, and then disappears.

What version of BlackBerry 10 are you running?  This can be found under Settings>About.

 

Also have you tried the auto signature on POP or IMAP account?  Do you experience the same issue?

Version is 10.0.10.85.

Yes, I have 2 IMAP accounts with their own sigs, and neither of these have experienced the same issue.
