Why have they designed it to open apps partial to the apps screen then open fully? I hope they change this in an update, for the app to open straight away and then if you want to return to it after you have finished can swipe to it. Please bb change this, it is very annoying!

You mean the way the app when opening, first open 1/4 screen and then fully?

I think that's part of the OS UI, or the implementation of the cascades software.
