Yes !!!! (BlackBerry) Company will never achieve if they keep ignoring there customers !! we need a live support to answer a thousands of questions ????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please if there is somebody in charge to contact me

Your live support is achieved by calling your mobile network support, as they provide all frontline support. Any issue which they cannot resolve can be escalated up to BlackBerry technical support for further support.
Just so you are aware, This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration. So, we are users just like you.
