BB Link - not connecting

I've been trying to connect my new Z10 to the BB Link software so I can swap all the stuff from my Torch. No luck. I've re-instaled it a couple of times now and I keep getting the same message  "the BB ID is not associated with a device running BB 10 OS."

 

How do I make this work? Is it becuase the ID is tagged to my Torch?

Hello DRBB

 

Welcome to the forums. 

 

I would suggest you enter your BlackBerry ID information that is currently on your BlackBerry Torch on to your BlackBerry Z10. Once this association is made you will then be able to install the BlackBerry Link software.
