This is how I temporarily fixed the problem on my phone.
Set time zone to Mountain Time (-7).
Turn off Auto Update Time Zone.
Turn off set Date and Time Automatically.
Reboot the phone by holding down the power button on the top of the phone. Continue to hold the button until you see the blue BlackBerry logo. It shows up after the countdown timer and the power off / on cycle. When you see the blue logo, release the power button.
Your text and calendar should now show the correct time.
Hope this helps

I'm having a similar issue. I get the worng time in the calendar. I have fixed it using 24hrs. format. I´m attaching pictures with two appointments in my calendar, one for 4pm an one for 5pm. Using 12hrs. format, the 4pm appointment is shown at 5pm and the appointment at 5pm is shown at 6pm. If I change only the time format to 24hrs in the settings, then the appointment at 4pm is shown at 16hrs (correct) and the appointment at 5pm is shown at 17hrs (correct).
I have an unlocked z10 STL100-3 with SW 10.0.10.672, carrier is Iusacell in Mexico.
Time zone I'm using is Mexico City-New (-6).
Attached pictures of the issue.

It is an issue in Saskatchewan. Try using the 24 hr time instead of 12 hr time in the date and time settings. it works.

I have the same issue here in London (GMT) we are running exchange w/ EAS to the BES10 server thus the Z10's, all on the same time zone, however when a meeting request is sent to an "Enterprise Activated" Z10 it is one hour out, on an iphone with the same account EAS shows the same meeting as the correct time.
This only started happening when we moved to BST a couple of weeks ago.
As soon as I can figure out our support details I will be logging a call. I hope this is resolved quickly as it is holding up the purchase and deployment of BB10 devices.

I have the same issue as stated by markrstuart. Time zone on my outlook is GMT, but a calendar invite received from a colleague also working in the UK, shows meeting request 1 hour out. This started taking place only after we changed over to BST.
Please let us know if anyone finds a permanent fix.
