Hi All. Recently purchased the blackberry z10. my bbm worked fine for a few days, but suddenly i noticed that absolutely none of my bbm messages were sending and I wasnt receiving them either. this has been happening for about a week and a half now. before you ask, yes i am signed into my correct blackberry ID, and i am able to access the internet (both via wifi and my network). it just seems to be bbm that's not working. any help / ideas?

did you make all the latest updates ?
As a last resort you can make a hard reset, it should fix you problem.

Do you have the BlackBerry logo next to carrier or wifi signal? if not do a battery pull
Try a Battery pull please, with the BlackBerry device powered ON, remove the battery 15 seconds and then reinsert the battery to reboot device. This will clear all cache like rebooting a PC. Then try again and see if your problem persists.
