BBM is not working

I keep getting the round circle turning and a message that says Associating BBM with your blackberry ID and nothing happens for hours, i close the window and open it again, I get the same thing? what should I do.

This keeps happening before and after the device switch as well.

Welcome to the forums. 

 

I would suggest you contact your mobile network provider and ask this issues be transferred to BlackBerry for investigation.

no worries, I figured it out, all what you need to do is :
- remove battery and put it again
- switch off mobile network
- switch off wifi
- put them both again on
it will work
