BLANK WHITE SCREEN

After entering the settings >network connections > mobile hotspot on my Z10 a blank white screen appears. I am unable to go back. After closing the app and re-entering the white screen remains. 

A restart is needed to temporarily  resolve this issue. 

 

What options do I have to resolve this problem???

I would make a full backup of your device and then reload the OS. You can do both using BB Link software.
