BM working on WiFi only

Hi There, I posted my problem on other threads and wondered if a. anyone had a similar problem and b. if anyone can help... First of all, I love my Z10... the problem is that although I can email, browse etc. via 3G, BBM will only work when I am attached to a WiFi network... This is extremely frustrating and I hope that it is just my ignorance... Please help...

 

UPDATE....
I cancelled BIS yesterday and today it began to work 5 minutes ago...
