[ Edited ]

Hellooo all....

Lovely thread this... Will really help new users....

I have just got a z10 today and one thing that is bothering me is that the battery in generating a lot of heat as in the whole piece is really heating up.... why so ??? Also its taking a hell of a lot of time to charge.... the earlier batteries used to get charged in an hour so...... and even while charging its hot as hell......

Kindly throw some light somebody.....

Thanx....

jigsjoshi, it will get better over time, likely in 8-10 days is what most users have reported.

Are you using the charger included in the box?

Swipe down on the homescreen and touch the Notifications icon. Doing so will highlight in blue or turn off the blue highlight, quickly switching from Normal to Silent.

2. How does one select text ???

Touch and hold the text (one word) you wish to select. Holding a couple of seconds will select an entire sentence. You can always touch the outer blue dot selectors to move the selection area around.

3. There is no separate icon for the mail box......

Your email is in the Hub. There is no seperate icon, correct. You don't need a seperate icon. From any screen, one continuous swipe up from the bottom bezel and over to the right should return you to the Hub.
