Hoping someone can help with the new Z10 I just got from Telstra (Australia) last week. Been to the Techs in Darwin Telstra and no luck with this issue. I have a business email account set up (all settings are confirmed correct by Telstra) and keep getting prompted for password every 2-8 hours.
Actual message "Your login information for POP server [mail.bigpond.com] has changed or is incorrect. Please check your account settings...."
Very frustrating and annoying. Don't want to give up my new BB but the email function on it is essentail to the not-for-profit business I am involved in.
