Black Berry destock manager for Windows

Hi,

 

 I have tried to download the destock manager on my laptop and when I tried to execute it the following error appears: "C:\Users\user\downloads\710_b042-multilanguage.exe is not a validate Win 32 application".

 

 Could you please tell me what I can do in order to perform the dowload correctly?

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Actually, it's irrelevant. You are on a Z10, which does not use the Desktop Software. Instead, you need to download/install LINK.

sorry for the mistake but in fact it was LINK that i tried to download on Blackberry website.

The download is ok but when I try to install it, the error message saying that the application is not validate for Win 32 appears...

 

Could you please help me...

Ah...OK...here's a KB:

 

  • KB03490 Internal Error 2738. Could not access VBscript appears when installing BlackBerry Desktop Manager

But it's for the Desktop Software, though perhaps the same fix will apply to LINK. Otherwise, you can search the public KB database for perhaps a more applicable article.
