We would like to help regarding the issue you are experiencing with playing downloaded audio content from BlackBerry World.
Do you happen to recieve an error message when you attempt to play the file and if so, could you provide the us with the full message? Are you currently able to play any other audio files on the device?

My wife has my Z10 at the moment. (AAAhhhh!!!)
The file appears to be deposited in the Documents Folder. However, when I navigate to the documents folder, it appears to be empty. The error that I get when trying to play it is something to the effect of " Cannot open the specified file. Unsupported file format". Of course, since it's an .mp3 file, the message is somewhat concerning.
I will upload/attach images later this evening.
