Have your updated the apps after going in through the music app.

Try the following steps

Try this fix

  • Exit the Blackberry world. Go to the music app.
  • At the right bottom, you will notice three dots. Tap the dots
  • Tap the option to enter the blackberry world. Wait until the screen is loaded
  • Swipe right to Enter My World - > My Apps and Games.
  • Tap the three dots again to check for updates.
  • Install all the udates and close your App World.
  • Try accessing the app world in the standard way. Everything mus be fixed by now.

Done, it's still not working. When accessing in a standard way it says connection problem, blackberry world should close

Try rebooting your Z10 once you are done with this process.

plese try a few steps

 

  • exit the Bberry World, go to the "games app".,
  • at the right no the bottom, you will notice three points. tap this,
  • next tap the option to enter the Bberry World, wait until the screen is loaded,
  • swipe right to enter My World
  • install all the udates and close your App World.
  • next try to go the app Bberry World in the standard way,
  • it has to help,

You have a different and unique porblem not related to the issue many of us had last week, and these workarounds likely won't work for you having "communication errors".

 

I'd suggest that you try your AppWorld while connected to a WiFi router and see if it works.

 

If nothing else works, Call your mobile network provider "idea" and speak to technical support.
