BlackBerry protect z10

How do I restore z10 to earlier time? BlackBerry Protect would restore to earlier time on my 9900, can I on the z10?

Re: BlackBerry protect z10

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

With BB10, BBProtect does not back up the device...hence, the answer to your question is no.

Instead, you can use BBLink to backup/restore with the computer...and you then control the timeframe to which you restore (by selecting the backup file of your choice).

Good luck!
